Austin Real Estate Update

I recently read a news article from one of Google's News Alerts I subscribe to.  It stated that Wells Fargo Bank recently announced that they will offer home loans to borrowers with a 500 credit score or better.

After one of my associates came into my office yesterday asking if I knew of a Bank or Mortgage Company that would loan money to someone with a 520 credit score, I suggested he call Wells Fargo Bank.

He spoke to a local representative and he did verify they are lending money if a home buyer as a 500 credit score or better.  However, there are additional requirements.

The toughest requirement to overcome is the hefty down payment of up to 20%.

Of course like other Banks and Mortgage Companies, there are many other factors that will determine if a loan will be granted including a borrowers debt to income ratio.

For additional information, call Premiere Team Real Estate today.  Make sure to ask about "Seller Financing - No Bank Required Type Loans" and "Our Buyer Rebate Program" now for a limited time.
