Austin Real Estate Update

February 25th, 2011 12:20 PM

Have you been watching the news, reading the newspaper and articles on the web?  Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville and Round Rock, Texas are among the top cities to move to in 2011.

Why are we so popular?  Just think about it for a sec.  Great weather most year around.  the live music capitol of the world.  The best university, University of Texas, including its' sports program like football, baseball and basket ball. Plus, high tech jobs are in demand once again.

Finally, our home values are low compared to most other cities throughout the united states.

With interest rates low, recent home sales up, more people coming into Austin and surrounding areas and home values starting rise, it's just a matter of time before we get back to the high demand and little supply of homes we once had.  When that happens it will be too late.

If you have thought about buying or moving up, now is the time to take advantage of thd opportunity before its' too late.
