Bio

Bill Adams is a native born Texan. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Bill grew up with
dreams of becoming an Endocrinologist with an emphasis on Genetics. While a student
at A & M, he worked as a part time ambulance driver. Bill said that experience led him
to appreciate the significance of the health care profession. He was proud to be a part of
an efficient team whose responsibility was to provide life saving services. His studies
and work were sidetracked when he met his Wife-to-Be. That changed the direction of
Bill’s short term and long range goals.

Bill married and eventually relocated with his wife and their two young daughters to
Austin, Texas where Bill reset his professional aspirations. He studied appraisals at the
recommendation of his Father who himself owned a real estate company, Adams and
Associates. Bill went on to be a teacher at Austin Community College where he taught
Appraisal and began his own appraisal business. Bill knew his stuff! Because of his in
depth knowledge, he was offered a position with one of Austin’s premiere builders. He
was recognized as one of their top salesmen, and consequently moved into residential
sales. There was a brief break in his real estate career when an entrepreneurial colleague
talked him into a stint in multi-level marketing. Bill became a leader in that industry, as
well, and travelled around the world in the development of his business.

After several years, he decided to settle down, and he returned to Austin. At the
recommendation of an associate, Bill returned to sharing his experience and wisdom as a
licensed instructor, by the State of Texas, in Real Estate Contract Law, Ethics and other
real estate related topics. He was recently asked to join the Premiere Team Real Estate
Company by the two business partners who own and manage the company.
