Jim has over 30 years of  business management and  service management experience.  He worked in internal and external consulting focused on quality performance improvement and cost reduction. This has served him well in his professional life as a REALTOR.  He is efficient, effective and able to get his clients the most bang for their buck.  Because of his background and his education, jim was awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert designation, reserved for those agents who go the extra mile to win the best positioning in every transaction.  He is also experienced in team and individual coaching.

Jim considers his specialties in the business as working as an advocate for buyers and as a true sales partner for sellers. He explains the buying and selling of real estate as a process instead of a simple transaction.  He breaks the transaction down to multiple levels and takes each piece of the transaction puzzle as a critical piece of the final picture.  Although he is primarily focused in the marketing of high end homes, he laments, “I love Austin” (and so will you)”  He knows the market and passes the claim to the out of town buyers his website is aimed at.  The most recent area in Austin where he has invested his efforts is in the Southwest quadrant of Travis County; second is the redevelopment of the East side and downtown in an effort to support urban living as a mainstay in Austin. Jim  represents both individual buyers and sellers; as well as, developers/builders of condominium conversions and new construction.
