How does it work?
After you sign a listing agreement including the guaranteed sale program
with us, we will present you with a written offer to purchase your home
within 48 hours. Included in the offer will be a letter of loan
approval from our lender or a verification of funds from our bank.
We will either pay you cash or get financing depending on the agreed
upon price and terms. You may accept the offer at anytime
from the date of receiving the offer, however, our offer
may change as time passes. Once you accept it, we can close
on average 15 days depending on type of financing and other
terms. We will also allow you to remain in the property as a tenant
for as long as you like. No price range is too high or too low! |
