Genevieve Moreno

Genevieve Moreno is a native Texan. Born and raised in San Antonio. Graduate of UT @ San Antonio. Moved straight to Austin after graduating from UTSA. She began her real estate journey in mortgage lending as an originator, processor and closer for mortgage and home equity loans. After 13 years in the lending space, she felt it was time to transition to the front lines and get her real estate license. She is now a licensed real estate agent working with Premiere Team Real Estate, Brokered by Mike Cusimano. Genevieve specializes in working with investor clients on acquisition and disposition of fix and flips, rental properties, and multi-family properties. Her immediate network includes designers, builders, contractors, renovation specialists, property managers, and creative lending specialists. Genevieve is always looking to expand her network and maintain lasting partnerships.

Genevieve is also an active member of Austin’s LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. In her free time, Genevieve is a big time sports fanatic and music lover, going to several sporting events and concerts every year.
